Delivery Date Information
Please note, we ship all Thanksgiving orders the week prior to Thanksgiving, If you have selected ‘Home Delivery’ for Thanksgiving, 2day air will ship on 11/18/2025, ground will ship on 11/17/25 and next day will begin shipping on 11/19/25. Any orders after this date are not guaranteed delivery before Thanksgiving. Should you place your order on or after 11/19/24 it will require next day air delivery. All orders should be received one week before Thanksgiving day. If you have not received your KellyBronze by 11/21/24, please contact us urgently.
All Christmas orders must be placed by 12/14/25. They will ship on 12/15/25 for delivery the week before Christmas. If you have not received your KellyBronze by 12/20/25 please contact us urgently.
All Easter orders must be placed by 03/24/25. They will ship on 03/25/25. If you have not recieved your order by 03/30/25 please contact us ASAP.
Do You Deliver To My Address?
We offer a courier service operated by UPS, at the checkout you can select the service you require
Farm Pickup
To pickup your Turkey from KellyBronze, 6975 Jarmans gap Road, Crozet VA 22932 please try and bring your order reference number with you.
For Thanksgiving, collect at your convenience on 22nd November from 12pm to 2:30pm or our fly by farm collection is on 26th November 2:30-4:00pm
For Christmas: Please collect on 20th December 12:00pm – 2:00pm
For Easter: Please collect on 25th March 12:00pm – 2:00pm
Email Notifications
If you place an order for Home Delivery or for Collection from The Home of KellyBronze, Crozet, an email will be sent to the email address provided.
Is it OK to deliver next door?
If your order is being delivered to a home address you may add additional information. During the checkout simply add a message e.g. ‘Leave in garage’ in the ‘Comments/courier notes’.
Order for friends & family
You can shop for friends and family and we can deliver within the US.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not at home when the carrier attempts to deliver your order, the carrier will leave a the parcel on your doorstep or in the safest possible place.
